The house, although old (possibly 400 years old), has been recently refurbished to a high standard and has the facilities to make your stay enjoyable (hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, beach beds, umbrella and beach mats). All linens and towels are provided. It has 1 single and 2 double rooms, kitchen, dining room, bathroom and sitting room. The roof terrace looks across to Africa, and is equipped with barbecue and patio furniture.
Becauise we have a two year old we have installed a retractable stair gate at the foot of the stairs leading to the upper floor and roof terrace and there is a second removeable stair gate that can be fitted at the top of the stairs. We also have a travel cot and 3 wheel stroller with large (fixed) wheels - great for pushing along the packed sand on Conil beach - worth bearing in mind if you're travelling with a toddler and don't want the extra baggage (or ruin your own buggy on the beach).
